The highest observation deck in Europe, the business center of the capital, the best university in Russia and a picturesque cable car! All this is on our excursion. We begin the journey from Moscow City, the place where the tallest skyscrapers of the city are collected. We climb one of the towers to the 89th floor and admire the views from a bird's eye view. Next on the program we will go to Luzhniki, where we will see the best university in Russia, visit another observation deck and ride a cable car stretched over the river. We have lunch in a panoramic restaurant overlooking Moscow.
